Job Requirements

  • Valid RN state license
  • current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • completion of Core Mandatory Exam - Nursing
  • completion of Core Mandatory Part I
  • completion of Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing)
  • completion of Core Mandatory Part III
  • nurse manager or supervisor skills certification
  • certification in RN pharmacology

Job Qualifications

  • Valid RN state license
  • certification in pharmacology
  • completed nurse manager or supervisor skills training
  • current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • successful completion of Core Mandatory Nursing Exams
  • prior experience in nursing supervision or leadership roles

Job Duties

  • Oversee patient-care operations and management
  • assign and monitor staff nurses
  • implement quality improvement initiatives
  • ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • support nursing staff development and training
