Job Description
Stability Healthcare was founded in 2009 with the mission to become the best travel nursing agency in California. Over the years, it has earned a reputation as one of the top travel nursing agencies in the United States, known for offering nurses the highest paying travel nursing jobs. Stability Healthcare connects nursing professionals with thousands of healthcare facilities across the country, providing opportunities to work in diverse environments, from sunny California to the scenic Colorado Rockies, bustling metropolitan areas like Boston and New York, to the relaxing beaches of Florida. Stability Healthcare’s extensive network allows nurses to gain invaluable experience while exploring different parts of the country and advancing their careers.
Currently, Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN specialized in the Nursery field for a 13-week travel nursing contract in El Paso, Texas. This position is designed for a Registered Nurse with a focus on postpartum and mother-baby care. The role involves caring for newborns and mothers who have just given birth, which requires a high level of skill, compassion, and the capability to handle emergencies effectively for both patients. Nurses in this role are expected not only to provide top-quality care but also to educate new mothers on the proper care of their newborns and themselves after delivery.
This is a travel position with a 36-hour workweek, divided into 12-hour night shifts, allowing dedicated time for thorough patient care and adequate rest. The contract offers a competitive pay package that includes a travel bonus of $600, a day-one health insurance plan with United Healthcare, and a PTO plan that accrues from day one, which nurses can use during the contract or cash out upon completion. Additionally, there is a guaranteed stipend if the nurse is called off by the facility and an extra hour bonus for working beyond contracted hours, ensuring fair compensation for all time worked.
This job is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to expand their clinical experience in neonatal and postpartum care while enjoying the benefits and adventure that come with travel nursing assignments. Stability Healthcare prides itself on supporting its nurses with comprehensive benefits and access to a wide variety of healthcare settings, helping them build their skills and enhance their career trajectory in a well-supported environment.
