This position is a 13-week travel assignment located in a healthcare facility in Wildomar, California. The role available is for a Travel House Supervisor RN, a position that plays a critical leadership role within hospital nursing operations. The House Supervisor RN is responsible for providing supervisory oversight during shifts to ensure quality patient care, efficient operational flow, and safety within the hospital environment. This role requires a seasoned nursing professional who can adeptly manage staff, patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, and effectively respond to emergency situations while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

As a Travel House Supervisor RN with Fusion Medical Staffing, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and support nursing teams, coordinate patient flow, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize hospital performance and patient outcomes. The role requires physical stamina to remain stationary, move about the facility, and handle equipment within a weight range of 50 to 100 pounds, as well as strong technical and mental capabilities to handle the demands of the job under potentially stressful conditions.
