Job Description
Symetria Recovery is the leading outpatient rehabilitation provider in Illinois and Texas, renowned for its innovative and comprehensive approach to treating addiction. Established on the foundation of three core beliefs—that addiction is a disease, co-occurring mental health conditions must be addressed, and patients deserve dignity and respect without judgement—Symetria Recovery has become a trusted name in substance abuse treatment. The company prioritizes a compassionate, patient-centered model that integrates Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) within a supportive outpatient environment, ensuring that every patient receives personalized and effective care.Show More
As an organization, Symetria Recovery is committed to providing unlimited clinical services under a bundled-service delivery model. This approach allows patients to access a wide array of treatments tailored to their specific needs, including MAT, medically monitored psychiatric care, individual and group therapy through Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), six-day-per-week nursing care, and ongoing aftercare support. Their Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) licensure enables the provision of FDA-approved medications such as Buprenorphine products and Methadone, enhancing treatment options and outcomes for those battling addiction.
The role of Regional Front Office Support at Symetria Recovery is integral to maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience to patients. This position involves traveling to various clinic locations within the Chicago metropolitan area, including Naperville, Vernon Hills, Joliet, Palos Heights, Lakeview, and Des Plaines, to offer front office assistance and new hire training. The employee will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties that ensure accurate record keeping, billing, appointment scheduling, and facility maintenance with the ultimate goal of maximizing patient satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include coordinating clinic workflows related to patient care, supporting the Program Director in operational processes, welcoming patients and visitors, optimizing provider time and treatment room utilization through effective scheduling, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to comfort patients, manage patient accounts, keep psychiatry appointment census, handle financial information and billing tasks, and facilitate communication between admissions and clinical teams.
This position also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, general computer literacy, and the ability to learn Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as KIPU efficiently. Medical office experience is preferred, reflecting the importance of understanding healthcare environments and protocols. In return for your contributions, Symetria Recovery offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports both personal and professional growth, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, and paid holidays.
Joining Symetria Recovery means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to providing personalized care to every individual. The company fosters a work environment where respect, support, and dedication to the recovery journey are paramount. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who values compassion in healthcare and seeks a meaningful career in the addiction treatment field, with the stability and benefits of a well-established outpatient rehabilitation provider.Show Less
