Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in medical office or healthcare administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to travel to multiple regional clinic locations as needed
  • Proficient in basic computer systems and software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating System
  • General knowledge of computer systems
  • Ability to learn and efficiently operate Electronic Medical Record platform (KIPU)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Medical office experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide regional front office support through travel to all regional clinics
  • Provide regional training support for new hire receptionists by traveling to various clinics
  • Perform administrative services including accurate record keeping and billing
  • Maximize patient satisfaction by ensuring a supportive and compassionate experience
  • Maintain clinic facilities and coordinate clinic workflows related to patient care
  • Support the Program Director in maintaining general operational clinic processes
  • Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone and responding to inquiries
