Having earned a reputation as one of the top travel nursing agencies, Stability Healthcare prides itself on offering nurses access to some of the highest paying and most coveted travel nursing opportunities available in the healthcare industry. Their mission is centered on supporting nurses through every step of their travel nursing career by providing excellent support, comprehensive benefits, and diverse assignment options in premier healthcare facilities. With a vast network covering thousands of hospitals and health systems nationwide, Stability Healthcare offers the chance to work in various locations—from the sunny climates of California, the breathtaking landscapes of the Colorado Rockies, vibrant metropolitan areas like Boston and New York, to the relaxing beaches of Florida throughout different seasons of the year.
Stability Healthcare is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in Endoscopy to join their team for a contract position based in Rochester, New York. This role entails providing expert care to patients undergoing procedures in an endoscopy/GI lab setting. The travel nurse will be responsible for patient assessment, monitoring during procedures, managing sedation, and delivering thorough post-procedure care to ensure patient safety and comfort. This 13-week travel nursing assignment requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, working 8-hour day shifts. This position offers a travel nurse the opportunity to gain valuable professional experiences in a specialized field while enjoying the flexibility and benefits that come with travel nursing.
The role offers competitive compensation including a notable $600 travel bonus, tax-free stipends with amounts subject to confirmation, and an extra hour bonus for any hours worked beyond the contracted weekly schedule. Additionally, nurses are provided with health insurance coverage starting day one through United Healthcare, a paid time off (PTO) plan that begins accruing immediately and can be used during the contract or cashed out at completion, and a guaranteed stipend even if the facility calls the nurse off from a shift. This package is designed to provide financial stability and peace of mind, allowing nurses to focus fully on patient care while enjoying the benefits of a well-supported travel nursing engagement.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for registered nurses who specialize in endoscopy and gastroenterology labs to broaden their clinical skills and experience different healthcare environments while maintaining the flexibility of travel nursing. Stability Healthcare's commitment to nurse satisfaction and career development is reflected in their supportive approach, quality assignments, and comprehensive benefits. Nurses joining this assignment will be equipped to deliver high-quality care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a state-of-the-art medical environment, helping to improve patient outcomes and gaining invaluable exposure in a specialized nursing field.
