Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree
- Minimum 2 years of hospital nutrition-related experience or enrollment in an approved nutrition education program
- Food safety certification required at time of booking
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite or electronic feeding management systems
- Strong math and calculation skills

Job Duties
- Support hospital nutrition and dietary operations within the mixing room
- Assist with preparation and management of specialized nutritional products and feeding supplies
- Utilize electronic feeding management systems and hospital software
- Maintain accurate nutrition documentation and records
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff, patients, and dietary teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform calculations and measurements related to nutrition preparation and dietary services
