The Travel Concierge position at BVT is an essential on-site role located in Tucson, Arizona. As a Travel Concierge, you will play an integral part in providing behind-the-scenes administrative and operational support to Travel Advisors, ensuring that clients receive a flawless and memorable vacation experience from initial booking through to their departure. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Support travel advisors with active client bookings and vacation arrangements
  • create, update, and maintain detailed client itineraries and travel documentation
  • review reservations, confirmations, and travel documents for total accuracy
  • coordinate directly with cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel suppliers
  • monitor booking deadlines, final payments, and outstanding reservation requirements
  • perform quality control reviews before releasing travel documents to clients
  • maintain accurate records within company CRM and reservation systems
