In this context, Pilot Flying J is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail General Manager to oversee its high-volume retail and travel center operations. This crucial role entails developing, implementing, and managing business plans for travel centers and restaurants with objectives focused on meeting sales targets, achieving profit goals, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Experience with P&L analysis
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives and customer satisfaction
