Job Requirements
- minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry
- previous experience managing high volume retail operations
- proficiency in profit and loss management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to foster a customer focused culture
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- oversee generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales and profit objectives
- ensure customer expectations are met
- conduct meetings with subordinate employees
- maintain effective vendor relationships
- build, coach, manage and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
- drive sales
- track inventory
- provide exemplary customer service
- perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis
