Job Requirements

  • minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry
  • previous experience managing high volume retail operations
  • proficiency in profit and loss management
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to foster a customer focused culture
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • previous management proficiency in high volume retail environments with P&L accountability
  • ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • excellent team leadership skills
  • strong integrity and accountability
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales and profit objectives
  • ensure customer expectations are met
  • conduct meetings with subordinate employees
  • maintain effective vendor relationships
  • build, coach, manage and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring and training
  • drive sales
  • track inventory
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis
