Bestica’s dedication to quality, integrity, and innovation positions it as a trusted partner in its fields of operation, actively contributing to critical sectors like healthcare and technology by providing expert-driven, reliable services and staffing solutions.

This travel nursing opportunity is for a Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in the Cardiac Cath Lab procedure area. The position is located in Santa Rosa, California, offering a travel assignment that spans 7 weeks, with a start date of July 27, 2026. Nurses selected for this role will be engaged in a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working 8-hour day shifts from Monday to Friday, specifically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This schedule offers a good work-life balance, avoiding night shifts and weekends, ideal for nurses focused on clinical care while managing personal commitments.

In the role of RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab, the nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures, a critical diagnostic and interventional process in cardiology. The position requires detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and the technical aspects of the cath lab environment, including monitoring and assisting with invasive cardiovascular procedures. Nurses in this role must exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to respond appropriately during urgent clinical situations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Communication and teamwork skills are essential, as the Cath Lab nurse coordinates closely with physicians, technicians, and other nursing staff to ensure patient safety, proper procedure execution, and comprehensive post-procedure care. Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are mandatory for ensuring adherence to clinical safety standards and emergency response readiness.

This travel nursing position provides a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and challenging healthcare setting while experiencing the beautiful surroundings of Santa Rosa, CA. Nurses looking for professional growth and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes in cardiovascular care will find this role rewarding. Additionally, being a travel assignment, this position enables exposure to diverse healthcare environments and patient populations, broadening clinical experience and versatility in nursing practice. Bestica supports its travel nurses with comprehensive resources and professional support to ensure successful placement and job satisfaction throughout the assignment.
