HCS 24/7 Travel is a nationally recognized healthcare staffing organization dedicated to connecting highly skilled Registered Nurses and Allied health professionals with temporary and travel assignments across the United States. The company is renowned for its specialized expertise in placing clinical professionals in acute care and a variety of healthcare settings through travel assignments, short- and long-term local contracts, per diem, temp-to-perm, and direct hire opportunities. Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or related area
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Availability for 13-week travel assignment starting 05/27/2026
- Willingness to relocate to Sacramento, CA for the duration of the contract
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of California or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in cardiac catheterization lab or related cardiology nursing
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
Job Duties
- Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab during diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac status closely
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as ordered
- Collaborate effectively with cardiologists and other healthcare team members
- Maintain sterile environment and ensure equipment readiness
- Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care instructions
- Document patient care accurately and timely
