Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years recent hospital bedside nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including call and weekend rotations
- Required certifications BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- Completion of drug screening exam through UNA within 24-48 hours prior to contract signing
- Must wear radiation badge supplied by agency
- Ability to start on June 9, 2026
- Must provide 2 supervisory references from cardiac cath lab modality
- Scrub experience highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent hospital bedside nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Ability to start within 5 weeks
- Experience working in cardiac cath lab or related specialty
- 2 supervisory references from cardiac cath lab modality (one within 12 months, one within 3 years)
Job Duties
- Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with call requirements
- Handle diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist with TAVR and Mitraclip procedures and some peripheral vascular cases
- Use advanced cardiac equipment including Rotablator, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, and Balloon Pump
- Complete floor-specific orientation and adhere to cath lab protocols
- Wear radiation badge and maintain safety standards
- Use Cerner EMR system and Merge Hemodynamics software for documentation
