This full-time position comes with an hourly wage, complemented by substantial earning potential through a competitive base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses. The role includes an attractive signing bonus ranging from $1,500 to $3,000, dependent on experience and subject to conditions. The Travel Sales Agent plays a vital role in helping clients plan unforgettable vacations by offering expert guidance on cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, car rentals, and other related travel products and services. No prior travel experience is necessary, making this a fantastic opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

This position is based on site at an ACG branch facility where agents engage with members in person, providing personalized service and building meaningful relationships to maximize the member experience and foster repeat business. Agents are tasked with generating new sales, retaining existing members, and contributing to the growth of ACG’s overall book of business. The role demands strong communication skills, consultative selling techniques, and the ability to effectively manage and close leads through a variety of channels including phone sales and direct member interactions. Job Duties

  • Generate new sales, retain existing members and grow ACG’s overall book of business through multiple product offerings
  • Drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 14+ million members
  • Establish and grow mutually beneficial relationships with AAA Members to maximize their member experience and use of AAA benefits
  • Achieve assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goals
  • Sell cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental, travel insurance, AAA credit cards, AAA memberships and related travel products and services
  • Prepare complex and/or large scale domestic and international travel packages
  • Complete reservations and advise clients regarding documentation requirements
  • Make necessary travel arrangements including reservations, collecting money, and processing documents
  • Receive and champion customer concerns through to resolution
  • Ask for referrals and grow a book of client business by utilizing the AAA ACG lead system
  • Proactively learn and utilize AAA ACG digital and communication technologies to achieve objectives
