Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year business to consumer sales experience
- Ability to work in an office-based environment
- Strong phone sales and prospecting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Willingness to learn and utilize digital communication tools
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Regular and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year business to consumer sales experience
- Strong sales skills with a history of effectively developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads
- Advanced consultative selling techniques utilizing thorough product knowledge
- Strong phone sales and prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong customer focus
- Ambition, motivation and drive
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to proactively grow a personal book of business and repeat clients
Job Duties
- Generate new sales, retain existing members and grow Auto Club Group's book of business through multiple product offerings
- Drive new business with competitive products and help retain Auto Club Group's 14+ million members
- Establish and grow mutually beneficial relationships with AAA members to maximize their experience and use of benefits, leading to profitable sales and repeat bookings
- Achieve assigned travel, membership, and credit card sales goals
- Sell cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, air travel, car rental, travel insurance, credit cards, memberships and related travel products and services
- Prepare complex and/or large scale domestic and international travel packages
- Complete reservations and advise clients regarding documentation requirements
- Make necessary travel arrangements, including reservations, collecting money and processing documents
- Receive and champion customer concerns through to resolution
- Ask for referrals and build and grow a book of client business using the AAA lead system
- Proactively learn and utilize AAA digital and communication technologies to achieve objectives
