The Travel Administration Manager role is a full-time position based in Dallas, Texas, within the Missiles and Fire Control business unit of Lockheed Martin. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a 4x10 hour day format, providing three days off per week, and includes provisions for part-time remote telework. As the Travel Administration Manager, you will oversee the Travel & Administration team responsible for managing various administrative functions critical to organizational operations. Your primary duties will include coordinating recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessments of team members while ensuring the accurate administration of finance, travel, and credit card processes. Additionally, you will interpret and implement company policies related to travel and administration, monitor budgets, and prepare reports to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of travel management processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of related experience
  • Post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of travel management processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Working knowledge of travel and expense reporting systems and tools
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations
  • 2+ years in travel or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, and performance assessments
  • Interpret and implement company and internal administrative policies and procedures
  • Oversee finance, travel, and credit-card administration, including budgeting and project scheduling
  • Prepare statistical and project reports as required and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Travel as needed to support on-site activities and stakeholder engagements
