Job Description

Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling service provider specializing in servicing apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities across the United States. With a mission to keep communities cleaner, residents happier, and properties running smoothly, Ally Waste has established itself as a trusted name in the waste management industry. The company takes pride in its commitment to high standards and values each of its team members, clients, and residents with respect and dignity. Ally Waste’s culture is built around the belief that the people who perform the work are the backbone of the company’s success, which is why they invest heavily in their workforce, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

Currently, Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets, for evening shifts that offer a simple and effective way to supplement your income. Ideal for individuals who are looking for a side job, this position requires you to have an open-bed pickup truck and a flexible evening schedule. The work schedule typically runs from Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7 PM, and each shift lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours. This part-time opportunity totals about 5 to 10 hours per week, allowing you to earn an additional $50 to $100 per night. This role is perfect for those seeking a part-time, temporary, or supplementary income source that fits around other day jobs or commitments.

As a Trash Valet with Ally Waste, your primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness and order within apartment communities by collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps and transporting them to designated dumpster areas. Your duties will also include documenting your work through photo uploads using the company’s app and adhering to safety guidelines by wearing the personal protective equipment provided. This role demands physical activity such as walking, carrying loads up to 30 pounds, and navigating stairs, making it an excellent job for individuals who enjoy staying active during their work hours.

Ally Waste values the safety of its employees, providing all the necessary personal protective equipment, including gloves and safety vests, ensuring that every night shift is as secure as possible. The work is independent and outdoors, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions. Furthermore, Ally Waste offers competitive benefits such as weekly pay with direct deposit every Friday, all major holidays off, and opportunities for leadership advancement within the company. For employees who have completed 90 days of service, a 401k plan is also available, reflecting the company’s investment in its team’s future.

Whether you are seeking a supplemental income or a reliable part-time job with flexible evening shifts, Ally Waste provides a straightforward and rewarding work environment. The company’s emphasis on respect, safety, and employee growth makes it a standout place for part-time workers who want to contribute meaningfully to their community while earning extra income. Join Ally Waste as a Trash Valet and become an essential part of the service team that helps ensure clean, well-maintained living environments for apartment residents throughout the country.
