Job Description
Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling provider dedicated to serving apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities across the United States. Established with the mission of keeping communities cleaner, making residents happier, and ensuring properties run smoothly, Ally Waste has positioned itself as a leader in the waste management industry, focusing specifically on valet trash services that make residents' lives more convenient. The company’s success is built on a foundation of respect, high standards, and a deep commitment to its team members, clients, and residents alike. It is a company that values hard work and believes that the people doing the work are the most important asset; accordingly, it invests in its workforce to maintain a motivated, efficient, and pleasant working environment.
Ally Waste is currently seeking part-time, night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets, to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a simple side job with a manageable schedule and a chance to earn extra income on the side. The role requires working an evening shift Sunday through Thursday from 7 pm for roughly 1 to 2 hours each night, making it ideal for someone looking to supplement their income without interfering with a standard daytime job or other daytime commitments. With a competitive pay of $40 per night, this role delivers a substantial hourly rate for just a few hours of work each evening, totaling approximately 5 to 10 hours per week.
As a Trash Valet, the core responsibility is to help maintain cleanliness and order in apartment communities by collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to designated dumpster areas. This role requires a high level of independence, as team members work outdoors and are responsible for managing their own routes while following safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment provided by the company. Candidates must have an open-bed pickup truck, a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and the ability to carry up to 30 pounds while walking stairs and remaining active for the duration of their shift.
The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, being active, and contributing to a cleaner, more pleasant community environment. Ally Waste takes safety seriously and provides the necessary gloves, safety vests, and protective gear to ensure a safe working environment. Furthermore, with weekly pay disbursed every Friday via direct deposit and all major holidays off, this position offers financial reliability and a healthy work-life balance. In addition to these perks, employees have opportunities to advance into leadership roles, and after 90 days, they are eligible for 401(k) benefits.
By joining Ally Waste, employees become part of a growing, supportive, and respectful organization that values their contributions and supports their growth and well-being. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a part-time, flexible evening job that enables them to earn extra income while working in a positive and professional setting. If you have an open-bed pickup truck and are looking for a reliable side job with a reputable company, Ally Waste invites you to apply today to be considered for current and future openings in your area.
