Ally Waste is currently seeking part-time, night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets, to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a simple side job with a manageable schedule and a chance to earn extra income on the side. The role requires working an evening shift Sunday through Thursday from 7 pm for roughly 1 to 2 hours each night, making it ideal for someone looking to supplement their income without interfering with a standard daytime job or other daytime commitments. With a competitive pay of $40 per night, this role delivers a substantial hourly rate for just a few hours of work each evening, totaling approximately 5 to 10 hours per week.

As a Trash Valet, the core responsibility is to help maintain cleanliness and order in apartment communities by collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to designated dumpster areas. This role requires a high level of independence, as team members work outdoors and are responsible for managing their own routes while following safety guidelines and using personal protective equipment provided by the company. Candidates must have an open-bed pickup truck, a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and the ability to carry up to 30 pounds while walking stairs and remaining active for the duration of their shift.
