Job Requirements
- have a smartphone
- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- willingness to work night shifts starting at 7 pm
- no prior experience required
- professional and service-oriented attitude
- ability to follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment

Job Duties
- collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster
- wear personal protective equipment during shifts
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- walk up and down stairs regularly as part of the job
- carry trash bags weighing up to 30 lbs
- work independently to ensure thorough and timely service
- represent the company professionally while interacting with residents
