Job Description

Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling provider dedicated to serving apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities across the United States. The company is focused on maintaining clean, safe, and attractive living environments for residents by offering reliable and efficient waste management services. Ally Waste is committed to the belief that their hardworking team members are central to their success, continually investing in their workforce, maintaining high performance standards, and fostering respectful interactions among colleagues, clients, and residents. This commitment has positioned Ally Waste as a trusted partner within the residential property industry, growing steadily with new community partnerships nationwide.

The current opportunity at Ally Waste is for part-time Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets, to work in apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to designated dumpster areas. This role requires a short evening schedule, typically from 7 PM to 9 PM, five nights a week (Sunday through Thursday), making it an ideal side job for individuals looking to earn extra income in just 5 to 10 hours weekly. Pay ranges from $30 to $50 per night, offering a competitive and convenient way to supplement earnings.

Trash Valets work independently, often outdoors in various weather conditions, and must be physically capable of carrying up to 30 pounds while walking stairs and staying active during each shift. The role involves using smartphones to upload photos for service verification and following safety protocols with personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests provided by the company. This position suits individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy physical activity, and appreciate the flexibility of an evening schedule.

Ally Waste prioritizes employee well-being by offering weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday, ensuring financial stability and convenience. Employees enjoy major holidays off, making work-life balance manageable alongside other commitments. The company emphasizes safety with consistent provision of protective gear and maintains a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth, including opportunities for leadership advancement. Additionally, Ally Waste offers a 401k plan available after 90 days of employment, underlining the company's dedication to long-term employee benefits.

Joining Ally Waste as a Trash Valet means being part of a values-driven company that appreciates hard work and fosters a team-oriented, respectful culture. Team members contribute directly to improving apartment living experiences by keeping communities clean and orderly. This role is perfect for individuals with a sense of responsibility, a reliable open-bed pickup truck, and the desire to earn supplemental income on a flexible schedule. As Ally Waste continues to expand, new positions are continuously available, allowing prospective employees to find openings in their local areas and grow within a reputable company committed to its people and communities.
