Job Description

Ally Waste is a nationally recognized company specializing in valet trash and recycling services for apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities across the United States. With a mission focused on keeping communities cleaner, residents happier, and properties running smoothly, Ally Waste prides itself on investing in its team and maintaining high standards of service. The company values hard work, responsibility, and respect among colleagues, clients, and residents alike, creating a supportive work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.

Currently, Ally Waste is hiring for part-time, night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a simple side job with a flexible evening schedule. Ideal for someone who owns an open-bed pickup truck and prefers working independently, this role provides meaningful work while earning extra income. Employees work typically five nights per week, Sunday through Thursday evenings, beginning at 7 pm. Each shift lasts approximately 1-2 hours, making it possible to earn around $30 per night.

As a Trash Valet, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness within apartment communities by collecting tied trash bags placed by residents at their doorsteps and transporting them to designated dumpster areas. The role is physically active, involving walking through apartment complexes, handling trash bags weighing up to 30 lbs, and navigating stairs and outdoor areas regardless of weather conditions. Using a smartphone app, team members also take and upload photos to document their work, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Safety is a top priority at Ally Waste. The company provides necessary personal protective equipment, including gloves, safety vests, and other gear to ensure that team members work securely every night. Given the importance of responsibility and reliability in this role, candidates must possess a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck. A smartphone is also required to manage the app-based tasks associated with the job.

Ally Waste offers numerous benefits to its Trash Valets, including weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit, all major holidays off, and the potential for advancement into leadership roles. After 90 days of tenure, employees become eligible for a 401k plan, supporting long-term financial growth alongside part-time earnings. This role presents an excellent opportunity for those looking to supplement their income during convenient evening hours while contributing to cleaner, more pleasant living environments in their communities.

In summary, Ally Waste is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to earn extra income with a straightforward evening job. The part-time Trash Valet role combines moderate physical activity, outdoor work, and independence with steady pay and a supportive work environment. If you have an open-bed pickup truck, a valid driver's license, and a desire to help maintain community cleanliness, this could be the perfect side job for you. Apply today to be considered for current or upcoming routes in your area and join a company that truly values its people and the work they do.
