Job Description

Ally Waste is a nationally recognized company specializing in valet trash and recycling services for apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities across the United States. Committed to maintaining cleaner communities, happier residents, and efficiently managed properties, Ally Waste prides itself on its dedicated workforce that is central to its success. The company believes that its employees are the backbone of its operations, which is why it focuses heavily on investing in its people, upholding high operational standards, and fostering a respectful environment for colleagues, clients, and residents alike. With a clear mission and growing footprint across the country, Ally Waste offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of an expanding organization that values its team members.

Ally Waste is currently hiring part-time, night trash collectors, also known as Trash Valets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to earn extra income while working a manageable evening schedule, usually lasting 1-2 hours per night. The work primarily involves collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps in apartment communities, transporting those bags to designated dumpsters, and documenting the process through a company app. Ideal candidates for this position are independent, active individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want a flexible side job that fits easily around other commitments. Scheduled shifts are typically Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7 pm, allowing team members to maintain daytime responsibilities or jobs. This schedule is designed to be short but impactful, providing a reliable side income that ranges from $23 to $30 per night.

The Trash Valet position requires responsible handling of trash collection tasks combined with adherence to safety protocols. Those employed in this role follow established guidelines, making use of personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests, provided by the company to ensure worker safety at all times. The physical requirements include the ability to carry up to 30 pounds and to stay active for the duration of the shift, which includes walking stairs and navigating outdoor environments in various weather conditions.

Ally Waste values its employees by offering benefits such as weekly direct deposit payments every Friday, guaranteed holidays off, and opportunities for career advancement into leadership roles. After 90 days of tenure, team members become eligible for participation in a 401(k) plan. The company prioritizes a safe work environment and ensures all necessary protective gear is supplied. For anyone seeking a dependable part-time role with a great work-life balance and the chance for extra earnings, Ally Waste’s Trash Valet role represents an excellent fit. Applicants are encouraged to apply promptly to secure a spot in the growing network of Trash Collector positions available in various locations due to continuous expansion and new community partnerships.
