Job Description
Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling service provider operating across the United States. We specialize in servicing apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities, making trash disposal more convenient for residents and property managers alike. Our commitment revolves around maintaining cleaner communities, enhancing resident satisfaction, and ensuring smooth property operations. With a strong emphasis on respect, integrity, and the value of our team members, Ally Waste is more than just a service provider – we are a company that truly invests in the people who make a difference on the ground. We foster an environment that encourages growth, responsibility, and recognition, giving every team member the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and advance within the company.
We're currently hiring for the position of Part-Time Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets, who work evening shifts mainly on a Sunday through Thursday schedule. This role is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible side job, especially those owning an open-bed pickup truck. The Trash Valet position involves collecting tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transporting them to designated dumpster areas. This task is essential to keeping apartment communities clean and functioning smoothly, contributing directly to resident comfort and community aesthetics.
The role requires working independently outdoors in varying weather conditions, usually for about 1 to 2 hours per evening. Starting at 8 pm and running five nights a week, this job offers a stable yet manageable commitment, paying $50 per night. The workload totals approximately 5 to 10 hours weekly, making it an excellent option for anyone looking to supplement their income with an easy-to-manage side job. The Trash Valet must also use a company app to document their work by uploading photos, ensuring accountability and quality service.
