Job Description

Ally Waste is a nationally recognized valet trash and recycling provider committed to serving apartment communities, student housing, and senior living facilities across the United States. As a company, Ally Waste focuses on maintaining cleaner communities, improving resident satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of properties. Founded on the belief that the people who carry out the work are the true difference makers, Ally Waste invests heavily in its team members, maintains high operational standards, and fosters an environment of respect among colleagues, clients, and residents alike. This approach has allowed the company to build a reputable presence in the waste management sector by emphasizing both employee well-being and customer satisfaction.

The role available at Ally Waste is for Part-Time Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who seek simple, flexible side jobs with an easy-to-manage evening schedule. Employees will work five nights per week from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7 pm, with shifts typically lasting just 1-2 hours. This compact work duration results in roughly 5 to 10 hours of work weekly, providing a manageable commitment ideal for supplementing regular income without overwhelming schedules.

As a Trash Valet, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and order within apartment communities by collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to a designated dumpster area. This job requires physical activity, such as walking and carrying up to 30 pounds, as well as the ability to navigate stairs and remain active for the work period outdoors in various weather conditions. The role also includes an administrative component, requiring the use of a smartphone to take and upload photographs through the company’s dedicated app. Additionally, safety is a critical component of the work environment, with personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests provided to ensure employee welfare during each shift.

This job not only offers weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday, a competitive nightly wage ranging from $90 to $100, but also valuable benefits such as all major holidays off, opportunities for advancement into leadership roles, and eligibility for a 401k plan after 90 days of tenure. The short evening shift structure makes this a convenient side income option for those balancing other day-time employment or personal commitments.

Candidates interested in joining Ally Waste should have access to a reliable open-bed pickup truck since transportation is an essential element of the job. A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance listing the employee as a covered driver, and a smartphone are also mandatory. The role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working independently, being outdoors, and contributing to the cleanliness and functionality of living communities. If you are motivated by a part-time work opportunity that offers flexibility, active engagement, and professional growth potential with a reputable company that values its people, Ally Waste encourages you to apply for current or upcoming routes in your area.
