The role available at Ally Waste is for Part-Time Night Trash Collectors, also known as Trash Valets. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who seek simple, flexible side jobs with an easy-to-manage evening schedule. Employees will work five nights per week from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 7 pm, with shifts typically lasting just 1-2 hours. This compact work duration results in roughly 5 to 10 hours of work weekly, providing a manageable commitment ideal for supplementing regular income without overwhelming schedules.

As a Trash Valet, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and order within apartment communities by collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to a designated dumpster area. This job requires physical activity, such as walking and carrying up to 30 pounds, as well as the ability to navigate stairs and remain active for the work period outdoors in various weather conditions. The role also includes an administrative component, requiring the use of a smartphone to take and upload photographs through the company’s dedicated app. Additionally, safety is a critical component of the work environment, with personal protective equipment such as gloves and safety vests provided to ensure employee welfare during each shift.
