Job Requirements
- Own a reliable pickup truck
- possess a smartphone with an active data plan
- ability to carry up to 50lbs safely
- availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings starting at 7 PM until shift completion
- ability to navigate stairs and outdoor environments
- pass relevant background checks and comply with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- experience driving and operating a pickup truck
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy items
- good communication and organizational skills
- basic smartphone proficiency
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors
- carry trash weighing up to 50lbs without assistance
- load collected trash into a pickup truck
- transport and dispose of trash at onsite compactors or bins
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of community areas
- communicate effectively using a smartphone with a data plan
- adhere to scheduled work hours from 7 PM until shift completion Sunday through Thursday
