Moldaw Residences is currently looking to hire a Hospitality-Focused Transportation Supervisor to join its dynamic team. This full-time position offers a meaningful role within the community, where the successful candidate will be responsible for transporting residents safely and comfortably to various destinations such as grocery stores, monthly outings, and extended trips. The Transportation Supervisor will also oversee other drivers on the team and ensure all vehicles comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

This role is pivotal in supporting the overall lifestyle and engagement of residents, helping to facilitate their active participation in community activities and errands. Responsibilities include driving vans, buses, or automobiles according to a set schedule tailored to resident needs, assisting residents in boarding and disembarking vehicles — often requiring sensitivity and patience when handling mobility aids such as walkers, wheelchairs, and canes. The Transportation Supervisor will also help coordinate the logistics of outings, manage vehicle maintenance schedules, and maintain cleanliness of the fleet.

Beyond driving duties, this position includes supervisory responsibilities assigned by the Plant Operations Director, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to safety standards. The role also supports the creation of a positive culture where business decisions contribute to top-line revenue and occupancy, indicating an involvement in broader operational goals beyond transportation.
