Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- at least two years of related experience preferred
- must obtain a Class A gaming license
- must possess a valid Class C Driver's License

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- at least two years of related experience preferred
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- effective one-on-one and small group communication skills
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- ability to obtain a Class A gaming license
- possession of a valid Class C Driver's License to transport no more than 10 passengers
- professionalism and a positive attitude
- ability to follow direction and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and driving skills for customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide casino, property, and city information
- comply with all departmental policies/procedures and service guarantees
- communicate with dispatchers and/or management by radio or telephone in order to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service
- ensure that passengers follow safety regulations
- educate passengers with regard to local information
- be familiar with surrounding main streets, freeways, and airports
- ensure that the limo is clean, has ample fuel, and is properly maintained
- communicate directions or plans with guests as needed
- open and close the door for the guests when they enter or exit the vehicle
- demonstrate service-oriented, patience, and helpful attitude
- assist guests with physical disabilities requiring extra time and assistance
- maintain excellent interpersonal skills and limit personal interaction unless requested by guest
- drive at or under the speed limit at all times
- comply with resort policies and procedures
- communicate effectively to provide clear direction to guests and employees
- remain calm and alert throughout the shift and during emergencies
- attend all training classes as directed
- participate in pre-shift department meetings
- maintain favorable working relationships with all departments
- keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual events
- answer questions while up-selling the resorts outlets and other amenities
- ensure highest level of customer satisfaction via in-person, e-mail, or phone interactions
- maintain knowledge of Pechanga promotions, concerts, events, and in-house activities
- gather relevant operational information to assist guests
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
