The role at BioLife Plasma Services in Waco, TX, centers on overseeing the general management and operations of the plasma production areas within the donation center. Reporting directly to the Center Manager, the role involves supervising a team of employees responsible for plasma collection and related processes. The position requires ensuring that staff meet performance goals, adhere to company quality standards, and foster a safe and efficient workplace. The position is full-time and offers an hourly wage range of $22.80 to $31.35, reflecting the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and job location. In addition to competitive pay, a $2000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates.
