Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum four years related experience including one year airline training records experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high stress environment
  • Strong interpersonal analytical administrative and communication skills
  • Personal integrity and administrative skills to gain confidence of crewmember workforce

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of four years of related experience including one year of comprehensive airline training records experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Administrative skills
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of FARs related to crewmember training records and regulations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations
  • Provides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned duties
  • Audits periodically crew training records to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and is current
  • Notifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file
  • Notifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expire
  • Responsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor records
  • May assist in the Special Tracking program
