Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum four years related experience including one year airline training records experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced high stress environment
- Strong interpersonal analytical administrative and communication skills
- Personal integrity and administrative skills to gain confidence of crewmember workforce

- Knowledge of FARs related to crewmember training records and regulations is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations
- Provides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned duties
- Audits periodically crew training records to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and is current
- Notifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file
- Notifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expire
- Responsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor records
- May assist in the Special Tracking program
