Known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence, Atlas Air Worldwide continues to grow and evolve, driving the global air cargo and passenger transportation market.
The Training Records Administrator role at Atlas Air Worldwide is a critical position responsible for managing and auditing all crewmember training forms and records to ensure compliance with both company policies and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. By providing crew scheduling with accurate and current flight crew data, this role supports the operational decision-making process related to crewmember qualifications and readiness.
The Training Records Administrator must be highly attentive to detail and possess strong organizational skills to manage extensive training information accurately. The role also involves supporting the audit and entry of Check Airmen and Instructor records and may assist in specialized tracking programs that ensure adherence to training requirements. Working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, the administrator must demonstrate the ability to manage stress effectively while maintaining professional communication and collaboration with crewmembers and other stakeholders.
Atlas Air Worldwide offers a competitive salary range for this role, between $54,500 and $73,500 USD, reflecting candidates’ experience, skills, and education. The comprehensive compensation package also includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employee assistance program, generous paid time off, and 401K contributions.
