The role of Training Coordinator at SOSi is critical in supporting mission requirements through a structured and scalable approach to developing, integrating, and sustaining a federated data ecosystem. The Training Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient coordination and execution of training events aligned with government-defined learning objectives.

This position involves comprehensive management of training activities, including planning, coordinating, and ensuring quality assurance and government interface for procured training events. The Training Coordinator oversees the acquisition of packaged training services, primarily under Cost-Reimbursement Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), ensuring compliance and value through robust market research and vendor solicitation. By identifying qualified training providers and comparing multiple quotes, the coordinator helps ensure both quality and cost-effectiveness. Managing logistical details like scheduling and participant communication falls under their purview as well.

Additionally, the Training Coordinator plays a vital role in reviewing all deliverables for quality and completeness after training completion, maintaining accurate training records, and providing monthly reports on status, cost, and participation. This role requires a professional capable of overseeing training in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization tailored for partner nations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, hands-on training techniques, and cross-cultural facilitation to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.

Specialized knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, intelligence tradecraft, and tools such as ESRI ArcGIS or dashboard analytics is critical. The coordinator will incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs and continuously adapt content to evolving mission needs. While an active TS-SCI clearance and a bachelor's degree in fields like education, instructional design, or intelligence studies are minimum requirements, candidates with five or more years of relevant experience in training and curriculum development, especially involving international and interagency collaboration, will stand out.
