The role of Training & Events Operations Manager is pivotal to the company’s mission for delivering exceptional training events that meet business objectives. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who can blend event management prowess with project management skills to ensure the seamless planning, execution, and evaluation of a variety of US Commercial training events, including new hire orientations and leadership development programs. The Training & Events Operations Manager will act as a strategic planner and hands-on coordinator, overseeing every phase from initial planning through post-event analytics and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities for this role include extensive stakeholder engagement to align event goals with organizational priorities, effective vendor management for sourcing venues and negotiating contracts, and the meticulous coordination of event logistics such as registrations, travel arrangements, audio-visual needs, and catering services. The manager will also be entrusted with delivering executive-level updates, providing actionable insights through data analysis, and driving enhancements in operational processes by maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). In essence, this role demands a versatile leader who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excelled in multi-tasking to enhance attendee experience and maximize the impact of company training initiatives. Job Requirements
- 5-7 plus years of event planning/project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and event technologies
- Willingness to travel about 40 percent

Job Duties
- Plan and execute end-to-end training events and meetings
- Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination
- Handle venue sourcing, RFPs, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Oversee event logistics including registration, travel, AV, and catering
- Deliver executive updates and post-event analytics with improvement recommendations
- Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs for event execution
