Job Requirements

  • 5-7 plus years of event planning/project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with vendor negotiation, logistics, and large-scale events
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event technologies
  • Willingness to travel about 40 percent

  • CMP certification or background in event/hospitality management preferred
  • Experience in biotech/pharma industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute end-to-end training events and meetings
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional coordination
  • Handle venue sourcing, RFPs, vendor management, and contract negotiation
  • Oversee event logistics including registration, travel, AV, and catering
  • Deliver executive updates and post-event analytics with improvement recommendations
  • Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs for event execution
