Each event varies with unique supply needs and room layouts, requiring meticulous planning and execution. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage arrangements, room reservations, and floor plan setups, along with acting as a liaison to confirm that all session requirements are fulfilled. The role also includes preparing printing, supplies, and prototyping cart logistics to support different teams, addressing attendee requests promptly, and solving issues on the day of the event.

Working early mornings to open and prepare sessions, the person in this role will also set up meals, ensure specialty meals are delivered correctly, maintain cleanliness and order in dining and catering areas, and manage dishwasher tasks. Additionally, the role involves occasional preparation of popcorn and restocking snacks and paper goods to help sustain the dining area’s smooth operation. While the position requires basic technical awareness, extensive technical training will be provided. Teamwork, adaptability to workflow, and a proactive approach are crucial qualities for success in this role.

Ideal candidates may bring experience from retail, customer service, restaurant operations, catering setups, banquet services, or hotel services, as these backgrounds align well with the diverse skill set this position demands. Prestige Technical Services offers a transparent recruiting process, with recruiters guiding candidates through every hiring phase and maintaining open communication. The company ensures weekly direct deposit payments, competitive salaries ranging from $36,000 to $52,000 annually, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.
