Job Description
Implant Direct is a leading company within the dental implant industry, operating as a part of Envista and its extensive family of companies. Envista is renowned for offering innovative dental solutions and superior educational programs that support dental professionals globally. Implant Direct, specifically, focuses on providing high-quality dental implant products alongside comprehensive education and training services. The company prides itself on its commitment to advancing dental implant technology and supporting the professional growth of dental practitioners through expertly designed courses and hands-on training sessions.
As the Sr. Training & Education Administrator at Implant Direct, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing continuing education programs. These programs are tailored to enhance the skills of dental professionals by providing them with practical, hands-on learning experiences that are both engaging and informative. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can oversee inventory management, logistics, and the seamless execution of educational courses. The position involves collaborating closely with doctors, key experts, and internal teams to ensure the success of each program. This includes developing course materials, managing product samples, and maintaining accurate records of equipment and supplies. Additionally, the role occasionally demands on-site support at various education hubs located in Las Vegas, Ft. Lauderdale, Chicago, and other locations where live surgery programs and core curriculum courses are held.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the inventory management process, coordinating hands-on product needs, and ensuring that educational events are well-supplied and efficiently organized. You will also assist with budgeting adherence, vendor negotiations, and vendor proposal research. Providing on-site support for courses includes managing the hands-on portion, setting up venues, handling food and beverage orders, and ensuring that all logistics are in place. Furthermore, you will facilitate the registration process by maintaining course rosters and ensuring attendees sign in for continuing education credits. Your role will extend to gathering and analyzing data for educational courses and supporting marketing and SKU creation related to the educational offerings.
This full-time position offers an estimated salary range of $30.70 to $37.50 per hour, underscoring Implant Direct's commitment to fair and competitive compensation. The company supports employee growth and values professionalism, organization, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. With up to 25% travel required, this role offers the dynamic opportunity to engage directly with dental professionals in various settings, making a tangible impact on their educational journey and practice. Implant Direct and Envista are equal opportunity employers dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees can thrive and contribute to the company’s mission of advancing dental care through education and innovation.
