Job Duties

  • prepare and distribute quotes for training requests
  • coordinate and schedule training sessions for internal and external customers
  • manage student participation in the Learning Management System including new bookings and cancellations
  • handle invoicing process for both internal and external training sessions
  • monitor effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and follow-up communications
  • check and manage training resources including office supplies and cafeteria needs
  • provide administrative support in the Training Center including check-in process and answering telephone
