It operates as the fiscal and employment overseer for various programs and initiatives affiliated with California State University, Fresno. The foundation plays a pivotal role in advancing the university's mission by managing a diverse workforce and ensuring responsible financial stewardship for associated programs. One such program under its administration is the Bay Area Academy (BAA), which operates as part of the College of Health and Human Services, specifically within the Department of Social Work Education at California State University, Fresno.
