Job Description

GreenArrow is a leading infrastructure services company uniting several exceptional regional electrical and construction service providers across the United States. The company specializes in delivering safer, smarter, and more efficient infrastructure solutions that improve communities through expert installation and maintenance of traffic signals, streetlighting, and intelligent transportation systems. GreenArrow's family of companies includes Midwestern Electric, Kuharchik Construction, Bear Electrical Solutions, Hinson Electric, and Earthbound Electric, all trusted for their specialized electrical infrastructure services. Backed by CAI Capital Partners, a respected private equity firm with over three decades of experience and more than $1.6 billion in investments in founder-led businesses, GreenArrow is positioned for continuous expansion through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. This strong backing reinforces the company’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering service excellence.

The Traffic Signal and Lighting Project Manager role at GreenArrow is designed for a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives both on job sites and in managing client relationships. This position is essential in the East Chicago market, requiring oversight of municipal and Department of Transportation (DOT) infrastructure projects. The Project Manager coordinates daily activities of field crews including traffic signal and lighting technicians while ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations. This role also serves as the primary contact for customers, municipalities, and inspectors, facilitating clear communication and strong partnerships throughout each project's lifecycle.

Candidates for this role should possess experience in electrical construction, particularly in traffic signals, roadway lighting, or other public infrastructure projects. The ideal applicant is adept at navigating the dynamic field environment, overseeing multiple active projects and managing the operational complexities in fast-paced settings. This position offers significant opportunity for professional growth, supported by a culture that prioritizes continuous learning, mentorship, and clear advancement paths.

GreenArrow differentiates itself by fostering a collaborative and values-driven workplace culture that emphasizes protecting what matters, empowering employees, customer commitment, loyalty, honesty, and relentless pursuit of excellence. The company offers flexibility in work locations, including remote possibilities for Eastern United States-based employees, comprehensive benefits, competitive compensation, and annual bonus potential. Employees find themselves part of a community dedicated to both personal and professional development, strengthened by meaningful work and supportive leadership.

As a Traffic Signal and Lighting Project Manager at GreenArrow, you will lead every phase of project execution—managing scope, schedules, budgets, and safety protocols while coordinating internal crews, subcontractors, and client stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing field operations, responding swiftly to service calls, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining thorough project documentation and reporting. Building strong, trusted relationships with municipalities, inspectors, customers, and internal teams is critical to success in this role.

Joining GreenArrow means becoming part of an ambitious community of problem-solvers and growth drivers who not only strive for excellence in infrastructure projects but also believe in doing meaningful work that benefits the broader society. If you are ready to align your purpose with your professional potential, GreenArrow welcomes you to be part of their journey to build safer and smarter infrastructures.
