Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- no experience required
- on the job training provided
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- one year of similar work experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members
- ability to stand for extended periods
- dependable and punctual
- ability to follow safety protocols and site plans
Job Duties
- safely and professionally direct guests and ride app drivers to the correct areas from various positions
- manage traffic control, and redirect vehicles to park in the appropriate areas
- maintain safety standards to ensure team and guests safety
- provide information including parking locations and assists visitors in a cheerful and helpful manner
- stand at an assigned location and waves vehicles in the desired location
- keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely according to site plan
- safely assist in set up of parking flow using cones, barricades and other equipment
- clean and maintains show quality standards in garages and surrounding areas reporting any concerns with supporting details
