Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must complete a sanitation course within the first year
- ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- capability to perform basic arithmetic
- maintain emotional control under stress
- able to resolve interpersonal situations
- strong organizational skills
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull and endure extended walking and standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- prepare production records
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production safety and quality
- ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
- maintain serving schedules according to menu specifications
- uphold sanitary department in compliance with health and safety codes
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare vendor orders as needed
- implement cost-effective programs
- supervise and evaluate employees
- promote employee growth and teamwork
