The role requires maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies, and safeguarding confidential and proprietary information. Guest interactions must be warm and respectful, using clear and professional communication both in person and over the phone. Physical demands include the ability to move, lift, push, and pull objects up to 25 pounds and the endurance to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Candidates should be prepared to meet quality assurance standards and contribute positively to team goals while embracing the brand's ethos of hospitality and service excellence.
