This role is essential in supporting the operational functions related to tradeshow projects, events, and permanent installations. The right candidate will possess at least two years of experience in a related industry and demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently. The Project Coordinator will oversee project timelines, monitor budgets, liaise between various stakeholders, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This position requires someone who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, and approach potential obstacles with proactive problem-solving techniques.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for consolidating and maintaining project schedules, tracking expenses to ensure projects remain within budget, and serving as a central communication hub for all involved parties. Additionally, the individual will manage meeting agendas, generate detailed project status reports, and analyze data to provide insightful feedback to the operations team.
