Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver license and current valid insurance
- Clean motor vehicle record for the past 3 years
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Willingness to travel approximately 25 percent of the time
- Reliable transportation
- Prior experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Associate or higher degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, event or tradeshow coordination, project management, or administrative work
- Valid driver license
- Current valid insurance
- Clean motor vehicle record for past 3 years
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Willingness to travel approximately 25 percent of the time
- Reliable transportation for travel to trade show locations
Job Duties
- Lead and manage all tradeshows onsite including move-in and move-out
- Serve as primary onsite contact for contractors, clients, and exhibit houses
- Resolve service issues and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle delivery and pickup scheduling, documentation, order updates, invoicing prep, and communication
- Act as main point of contact for General Contractors and clients maintaining ongoing service communication
- Represent CORT at pre-con meetings and lead internal planning discussions
- Map orders to floorplans and coordinate logistics and booth placement
- Audit orders and verify inventory accuracy
- Supervise temporary labor and unionized crews onsite for proper execution
- Be available for customer calls, last-minute changes, cancellations, add-ons, and service recovery
