We are currently seeking a skilled Tradeshows & Events Manager to join our team in American Fork, UT. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position requiring a professional who genuinely loves and thrives in the world of events and tradeshows. Unlike a purely logistical role, this position demands strategic thinking to maximize every dollar and hour invested in events. The successful candidate will design and execute comprehensive event strategies that directly support Brevium’s sales pipeline, making every event an instrument for measurable business growth. Responsibilities include organizing roundtables, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs, client dinners, and other hosted activities that deepen client relationships and drive sales momentum.
The role requires resilience and composure to handle demanding event environments, manage difficult vendors, and respond efficiently to last-minute challenges with grace and grit. We expect our Events Manager to be highly organized, proactive, and motivated, with a knack for elevating the event experience even before needs arise. The working environment embraces business casual attire and offers flexibility for occasional personal needs, but values having team members present in the office to foster collaboration. Job Duties
- Own full-cycle event logistics: booth management, shipping, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site execution
- Plan and execute high-touch event programming including client dinners, roundtables, KOL engagements, and ancillary conference activities
- Partner closely with the sales team to align event strategy with pipeline goals and ensure every event drives meaningful outcomes
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event ROI reporting
- Maintain an organized event calendar and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the Brevium event experience before anyone has to ask
- Hold vendors, venues, and logistics partners accountable with professionalism and persistence
