Job Description

Brevium is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative software solutions focused on the patient appointment lifecycle. The company operates with a mission to bring lost patients back, which is a vital sight-saving and often lifesaving intervention for physicians and their patients. As a tight-knit organization, Brevium values integrity, respectful candor, and continual growth, fostering an environment where every team member is motivated to make a real difference in healthcare every day.

Brevium is currently seeking an experienced Tradeshows & Events Coordinator to join their team. This full-time role is based in American Fork, Utah, and offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and disability insurance. The position requires a business casual dress code and includes a background check. While the role primarily involves working from the office Monday through Friday, there is flexibility for occasional remote work when necessary.

The Tradeshows & Events Coordinator at Brevium is more than a logistics organizer; this role demands strategic thinking to ensure that each event maximizes the company's investment and moves the needle in the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include organizing high-impact events such as roundtables, Key Opinion Leader programs, client dinners, and other hosted activities that strengthen client relationships and support sales efforts. The coordinator must manage all aspects of event planning from booth management and vendor coordination to staffing and on-site execution with a strong focus on detail and quality.

This role requires proactive problem solving and the ability to handle demanding conditions typical of tradeshows and events. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, maintains a professional and persistent approach when working with vendors and partners, and brings a team-first attitude to their work. The position also involves managing budgets, timelines, and providing post-event return on investment reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability for event spending.

Brevium fosters a culture where employees are encouraged to go the extra mile to create exceptional event experiences. The Events Coordinator must be exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively to manage multiple events simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with the sales team and other cross-functional partners are essential. The coordinator plays a pivotal role in continuously looking for innovative ways to elevate the event experience, often anticipating needs before they arise.

Joining Brevium means becoming part of a healthcare technology company that truly values the impact their work has on patient lives. Employees at Brevium enjoy working in a supportive environment that emphasizes growth and respect, with opportunities to develop and contribute meaningfully to the company’s mission. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about events and tradeshows who also wants to contribute to a cause that saves and improves lives daily.
