Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- minimum two years' experience with event management and marketing in a B2B environment including internships or contract work
- ability to build and execute events from start to finish
- capability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- strong skills in project and budget management
- excellent collaboration, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- ability to work both independently and in team settings
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- adaptable and flexible mindset
- proficiency with microsoft office applications
- strong time management skills and attention to detail
- ability to travel to tradeshows and events including weekends with up to 30% travel that varies seasonally
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- support the planning and execution of external tradeshows, society meetings and brand awareness events working collaboratively with the tradeshow and event manager, internal cross-functional teams and external event partners
- coordinate all aspects of assigned tradeshows and events including event contracting, logistics execution, staffing, registration, exhibit space selection, booth layout, shipping, lodging, dinner reservations, booth asset management, pre- and post-show communications, social media promotion, meeting fulfillment, budget adherence, lead collection and distribution, working with third party vendors
- ensure consistency in branding, key messaging, and audience experience at shows and events
- assist with post-event follow-up, staff evaluations, lead collection, budget reconciliation, and meeting recaps
- support planning and execution of internal meetings such as the national sales meeting and all company meetings
- perform other related duties as assigned
