Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 25%-40% nationwide
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (desired)
- Certified Trade Show Marketer (desired)
- Face to face marketing experience (desired)
- Negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management experience (desired)
Job Duties
- Develop and coordinate tactical execution of marketing initiatives to support the Michels brand
- Provide cross-functional support and process execution necessary for successful trade shows, events, social media, and graphic design
- Implement trade show strategy, plans, and activities working closely with the Marketing Team
- Manage the trade show budgets within pre-established guidelines
- Organize and track expenses from year-to-year
- Supervise and oversee trade show vendors
- Research and identify opportunities to create brand exposure
- Secure approved reservations and exhibit space for local, regional, and national events
- Develop trade show listings to promote company services
- Coordinate the shipping process of marketing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Maintain open communication with divisional and departmental leads to ensure coordination of marketing needs
