The role of Marketing Coordinator at Sprinturf is a full-time position focused on managing and executing marketing events and promotions, particularly trade shows and corporate events. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless planning, coordination, and fulfillment of event logistics and promotional materials. The Marketing Coordinator will own the end-to-end logistics for Sprinturf’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and other corporate events, managing timelines, coordinating shipments, liaising with vendors, and overseeing on-site event preparations.
In addition to event coordination, the role involves managing the production of print and promotional materials such as business cards, brochures, banners, and branded giveaways. The Marketing Coordinator must ensure brand consistency, accuracy in proofs, and high-quality, timely delivery of all materials. Maintaining an organized digital asset library is another essential responsibility, ensuring that logos, photos, videos, and templates are current, accessible, and easy for the marketing team to utilize.
Shipping and fulfillment of turf samples and marketing materials to the sales team will also be managed by this role, requiring hands-on involvement with packing, shipping, and handling of display materials. Candidates should be comfortable with these physical tasks as well as possess strong organizational and communication skills. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Asana, and Microsoft Office to smoothly manage projects and communications.
Success in this role will be measured by the timely and accurate shipping of display and event materials, the availability and quality of printed marketing materials, well-maintained and accessible asset management, and detailed post-event reporting capturing leads, insights, and improvement recommendations. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing communications or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination events or a similar role
- working knowledge of adobe creative cloud hubspot asana and microsoft office

- must be comfortable packing shipping lifting boxes and handling display materials
