Known for its commitment to quality, research, and comprehensive product portfolios, Revance has built a strong reputation in the aesthetics industry, positioning itself as a notable leader in delivering advanced skincare and aesthetic solutions.

The Trade Show & Events Planner role at Revance offers a career-defining opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team based in Nashville, TN. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of trade shows and corporate events, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Experience & Events. The annual salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $108,000, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent in event planning and execution.

In this role, the Trade Show & Events Planner will be responsible for maintaining the annual trade show schedule while managing budgets and vendor relationships essential to the successful execution of events. The planner will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including sales, medical legal review, and brand managers, ensuring a smooth and well-organized presence across various trade shows and corporate activations. This position requires excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines that often extend six to nine months in advance of events.

The incumbent will manage every logistical detail, from booth design and setup to travel coordination and on-site staffing. This involves managing booth logistics in collaboration with the Director of Corporate Experience & Events and the Executive Director of HCP Education. Responsibilities also extend to administrative support for Nashville-based events, covering staffing, financial reporting, supply ordering, and material preparation. The role demands meticulous attention to detail in budget tracking, contract management, and vendor payments, ensuring all financial elements conform to the company's standards.

Moreover, the Trade Show & Events Planner will oversee marketing efforts connected to each event, developing and executing pre- and post-event communication strategies that align with the company’s messaging. This strategic communication supports both client engagement and internal teams, enhancing brand visibility and corporate presence. Acting as the onsite point of contact, the planner will coordinate staff schedules, manage booth installations and dismantling, and liaise with exhibitors, vendors, and attendees to ensure seamless event experiences.

Performance analysis plays a vital role, with post-event reporting and lead capture management designed to improve future trade show outcomes. The planner will coordinate the use of lead retrieval technologies, provide detailed reports to sales and IT teams, and analyze event effectiveness to optimize forthcoming engagements.

This role also involves contract management responsibilities, including initiating and executing contracts for speakers and vendors, ensuring compliance with fair market value (FMV) standards and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office and contract management portals is essential.

Revance’s commitment to a supportive work environment is evident through its competitive compensation package, including base salary, annual performance bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, flexible time off, and wellness programs. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, fostering diversity and inclusion across all hiring practices.
