Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years directly related experience
  • Experience with trade shows or similar event planning
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work 6-9 months in advance on event planning
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of directly related experience in tradeshow or event planning
  • Experience in the aesthetics or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and budgets
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience working with regulated industries requiring multiple levels of review and approval

Job Duties

  • Maintain annual trade show schedule and manage associated budgets and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate booth logistics and design with relevant directors
  • Provide travel information and resources for company attendees
  • Manage booth staffing, swag inventory, lead retrieval, and post-meeting reporting
  • Support Nashville HQ-based events with administrative tasks including staffing, financial reporting, and supply ordering
  • Plan and execute events in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Oversee onsite event operations including installation, dismantling, and staff schedules
  • Develop and implement pre- and post-event marketing and communication plans
  • Manage all payments, vendor contracts, and budget tracking
  • Analyze event performance and provide detailed reporting and recommendations
  • Coordinate speaker contracts ensuring compliance with fair market value and regulatory standards
