Job Requirements

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
  • specific vision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral vision
  • regular verbal communication and listening skills
  • frequent use of hands to handle or feel objects
  • capacity to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms for extended periods
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • experience working in a retail sales environment with moderate noise
  • physical and mental ability to perform simple and complex reading and writing, basic math, analysis, judgment, and decision making
  • ability to work alone and with others
  • willingness to work in varying environmental conditions including exposure to noise, mechanical and electrical equipment, and occasional exposure to dust and fumes

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, events, or education
  • hands-on, solutions-focused leadership skills
  • strong sales and customer service orientation
  • excellent communication and team coaching abilities
  • flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • detail-oriented with proficiency in store systems and POS platforms
  • prior experience in retail or event management preferred
  • background in education or training a bonus
  • knowledge of merchandising, loss prevention, or store operations is advantageous
