We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Housekeepers to join our team at TownePlace Suites Houston I-10 East. As a Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest’s stay is nothing short of exceptional by maintaining spotless, comfortable, and inviting rooms and public areas. This role requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Your work will directly impact guests' perception of the hotel, making you an integral part of the guest experience journey.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties including making beds with fresh linens, tidying guest rooms, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and restocking supplies to ensure a consistent level of cleanliness and comfort. Beyond the regular cleaning routine, you will engage in deep-cleaning projects such as replacing air conditioning filters and performing minor maintenance tasks that help keep the hotel in excellent condition. Additionally, the role requires maintaining housekeeping carts and equipment efficiently to ensure readiness throughout your shifts.

Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will often be the welcoming and friendly face that guests interact with during their stay. Your positive attitude and willingness to assist will contribute significantly to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Safety is also a priority; you will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols to protect yourself, guests, and your fellow team members while upholding a secure environment within the property.
