We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team and serve as the face of our property. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest service that starts with a warm welcome and extends through seamless check-ins, courteous interactions, and efficient check-outs. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in managing reservations, handling guest requests, and resolving any unforeseen challenges with professionalism and grace. This position operates on varied shifts—7am to 3pm two days a week and 3pm to 11pm one to three days a week—and requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet fluctuating hotel demands. Ideal candidates are multitaskers, adept communicators, quick-thinkers, and always ready to create a positive, memorable experience for every guest.
